Large Spacious Apartment

Disappointed we were not advised of the Building works that started everyday @ 8am to front and rear off the property. No outside furniture on the rear Balcony overlooking the swimming pool, which had the evening sunshine, both outside Balconies, Glass Balustrades and furniture were extremely dirty and had not been cleaned for a very long time. The worst complaint is Guest Bathroom had mould on the ceiling, which is a Health hazard and totally unacceptable.

The facilities were very nice. The actual condo was lovely but I give our stay a FAIR rating due to the construction in front and back of the building which we knew nothing about when we booked. I was very disappointed and would definitely not have booked this place had i know. Both patios were very dirty from all the construction dust. We were there for 2 weeks and couldn’t sit on our decks at all from the construction noise and dirt. The rental people did compensate us with a 2 night refund ( certainly wasn’t enough) It definitely didn’t make up for 2 weeks in a construction zone. Shame on them for not having disclosed this in their rental listing. Staff were not very nice either when I had to call them about a couple issues we were having. Would not rent from this rental company again

Липсваха някои основни удобства като кафе, препарат за миене на съдове, таблетки за миялна машина и кухненска хартия.

Location was very good. Apartment is new, clean and spacious. Everything inside the apartment is in very good condition.

Noise level was high with construction in the front and back of the building. We had construction workers talking right outside our bedroom balcony at 7 am. Stingy on the supply side for the apartment with insufficient soap, shampoo, no pods for laundry machine, no paper towel, no pods for coffee machine. I would prefer to pay €20 more and have everything in the apartment instead of going shopping after a long trip. Other places in Lagos provide all these plus fresh bread and / or a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift.

We had such a lovely stay in this apartment. Everything was very clean, well organised, and the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again.

Het is een prachtig en luxueus appartement. Heerlijke bedden. Geweldige keuken. Mooie balkons met fijn buitenmeubilair. Ondergrondse parkeergarage voor probleemloos parkeren van de auto. Kleine gym met jacuzzi.

Jamner dat in de mooie badkamers geen enkele haak is voor handdoeken of badjas. Er stond een gammel handdoekrekje dat te klein en instabiel was om een handdoek op te hangen. Ook hangt er met zuignapjes een scheefhangend plastic plankje voor douchegel/shampoo. Zonde van de verder luxe aankleding van het appartement. Verder vind ik het vreemd dat tijdens een 11 dagen durend verblijf er wel handdoek/linnengoed wissel maar geen schoonmaak wordt geboden. Er waren in het appartement nauwelijks schoonmaakartikelen aanwezig dus hoe houd je badkamers, wc en keuken hygiënisch schoon? Houd er tenslotte rekening mee dat recht tegenover het appartement wordt gebouwd en dat dit op weekdagen heel veel geluidsoverlast geeft!
