An excellent stay experience. Children loved the pool. All the staff were very welcoming and courteous right from Greeshma at reception, house keeping staff and the staff at the boating. The breakfast buffet also had a good spread. Thank You so much for the pleasant time!!

Beautifully maintained property with stunning backwater views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the food was excellent. The pool and other facilities were well maintained, and the hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The only suggestion would be to add a fan or air conditioning to the spa waiting area, as it was quite hot and uncomfortable while waiting.

The ambience of the hotel was very good. The staff was exceptional in their hospitality starting from the security, housekeeping, room service, front office and restaurant staff.

Very limited options to do outside or around ge hotel. Especially since we had no car unfortunately. But we had 3 nights here and so we did everything we could go keep ourselves busy within the property.

Fragrant Nature resort at kollam is a beautiful lake side resort and has very good peaceful ambience. They have a small swimming pool of max 4.5ft deep only. We stayed as a family in two premium villas with private terrace during May 2026 and enjoyed the stay. Very spacious rooms and clean. Lake view was very pleasant. Lot of eye catchy photographic locations inside the resort. They have restaurant upstairs and we enjoyed eating their tasty food along with a view of the lake. They have very good oil message spa. Herbal massages are done in the Spa with special packages additional to the room tariff. Their Spa supervisor Sivapriya service was excellent. Their F&B staff Akhil was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay.

I liked everything about Fragrant Nature Resort. Only suggestion is that they should give free boat ride for atleast 15 mins as they have a beautiful lake adjacent to the resort
