USThe staff was very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any need we might have. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone was very kind. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We ordered room service, and everything was excellent. Location very convenience, near to many restaurants and fast food restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience that I would gladly repeat

NLMost of the staff were super friendly and the pool was nice to have. Decent breakfast too, although very greasy.
Upon arrival (12:40) we were told that we couldn't check in yet, because we could only check in from 14:00 pm onwards, despite our room being ready. If we wanted to check in before 14:00, we had to pay $25 extra. Never experienced this before and we both found it terrible service for an upscale hotel.
