GTThe staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was very good however there were not many options. We stayed two nights and had the same breakfast plate both days. Beds were comfortable.
This is probably a booking.com issue. It was listed as being a 5-star hotel however it was barely 3 stars. There was a casino attached which added an element of shadiness and not very family friendly. The pool wasn't very clean, there was no elevator. It wasn't terrible however for what we paid, I was expecting something nicer. But again, I blame booking.com and all of the reviewers who gave dishonest reviews.
BELocation, interior design, friendliness of staff at all times - it was a very positive experience and I think proper value for money. Id recommend this place and would not hesitate to go back! I loved it!
The menu includes quite a few items that are not available (which is sad cause the items on the menu were all very tasty and I would have loved to taste the other ones🙂). Also I find the wifi connection not always to be stable.
