The room was clean and spacious. The facilities good. Near with food area.

A little bit hard with parking. Cannot park everywhere you like it. And the worse is VERY HARD TO REFUND THE DEPOSIT!!! Check out on 16/10 till now 27/10 I still don’t get the deposit!! When i ask the admin or the PIC, they said ‘already ask our manager’ . It’s just rm50 not much! What take so long !!! I already ask 2 times but still no actions till now and I’m still waiting! It’s too much!! 10days already. And I didn’t like the bed sheet smell , it’s musty!!

Clean and spacious

No wifi and the staff was very slow in responding to enquiries/concerns. Enquired about the wifi but no response received.

Strategic location

Towels are given after being requested. Android tv provided is not taught how to switch on. Air conditioning is only one unit and does not cover the entire room space. The afternoon was very hot in the room. Charges for vehicle parking are also very expensive.
