"Overall Ok value for money"

Location and price. Easy to check in & out. Not too strict. Pool good. Have 2 washroom.

It's hard to switch on the tv. Washroom ok but need to install bidet/hose at the upper washroom for cleaning after using toilet.

"Bad experience, dirty and smelly"

The location is good.

The unit is so dirty, the sofa got very big dirty stain, the toilet floor got hair, and the bedsheets seems like didn't wash for long time and can see the dust like in brown powder on the blanket. When sit long on the bed, I feel some itchiness on my skin. The house full of coconut oil smell, not sure why if proper cleaning has been done. I actually checked out the same night as I really can't stand the dirtiness of the bed.

I reached there on midnight, took the key lobby post box.. Went to the room to open but cannot open with the key, i called texted property several times but no response veryy i had a bad experience to search other hotels in midnight 😣
