QUIET PEACEFUL 2BR apartment with parking in KIRCHBERG

Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr sauber. Mir hat es gut gefallen.

Schlechte Beschreibung was die Abfallentsorgung angeht.

Extremely comfortable, clean and well located apartment. Everything we needed was provided for, and there were even some provisions left over from previous guests in the kitchen, so we didn’t have to buy much. The host was friendly and efficient in dealing with enquiries. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Though the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, there was some building work going on nearby that was rather noisy in the mornings. The location is also a 25-minute bus ride from the city centre, with shops and cafés about a 10-minute walk away, but since public transport is free in Luxembourg this wasn’t much of an issue.

Die Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr hochwertig. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck eher bei Freunden zu Besuch als in einer sterilen Ferienwohnung zu sein, da sie sehr liebevoll jahreszeitlich dekoriert war. Die Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselbox hat super geklappt und wir hatten den Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz mit reserviert was sehr sinnvoll war. Auch konnten wir schon vorab der vereinbarten Zeit in die Wohnung. Ein großer Auchan ist in der Nähe, wo man die Lebensmittel einkaufen kann, Tram und Bushaltestelle um nach Luxemburgstadt zu fahren sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, der ÖPNV in Luxemburg ist kostenlos. Auf dem Kirchberg Plateau selbst sind überweigend Europäsche Inititutionen, Büros etc, es ist wenig urban. Aber durch den super funktionierenden ÖPNV fällt das nicht ins Gewicht, da man fix in der Stadt ist. Wir haben auch Ausflüge ins Müllerthal und nach Burg Vianden gemacht, das kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Nous étions comme chez nous. Rien ne manquait. L’appartement avait été joliment décoré pour Noël. Le parking privé est très pratique et on peut y mettre une grosse voiture. L’arrêt de bus se situe à 3mn de l’appartement et le centre commercial à 10´ à pied.

Bel emplacement pour ce superbe appartement. L'arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble est un plus pour rejoindre le centre ville. Appartement bien équipé, calme. C'est une excellente adresse pour découvrir Luxembourg.

I liked the apartment. It was in a very convenient location for me. It was clean. It had the necessary things and was much bigger than I imagined. The owner was also very warm and attentive to us.

Appartement propre, bien équipé, clair et spacieux dans un environnement calme et arboré. Les transports : le bus 18 et le tramway sont très fréquents et faciles à prendre pour aller au centre ville. Un centre commercial est aussi proche de la location.
