Kasa Little Italy San Diego

Place was very nice, location was great and central to all of our planned activities. Amenities of the building were fantastic, we enjoyed the pool, gym and billiard room often. My only complaint is what we were charged for parking o top of what we already paid for the stay. $50 a day to park in a garage that was nearly empty every day we were here felt like extortion. We have a rental car, and there’s no available street parking, so they have you and they know it. Just feels greedy and left a bad taste.

Completely exceeded expectations. The hotel’s location was excellent—within walking distance to the Little Italy restaurant district and the waterfront. The room was spotless and well-organized, with modern, fully equipped amenities. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

Good place to stay and love the neighbourhood

Great place. Very comfortable and clean. My family loved it. It was extremely convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer! I was able to prepare breakfast for the family and late dinner. I loved the view and the patio! The fact that everything was handled virtually was extremely convenient and fast! The detailed instructions for parking and checking were excellent.

Everything was so well taken care and the staff so hospitable that the trip was unforgettable! Everything in Downtown and Little Italy was absolutely walkable and the views were stunning! Would absolutely encourage all to stay here! Great value as well.

Would be nice if the AC worked during the day.

The place overall is great kasa is one of the best places i stayed at in a while from the room to the kitchen! Everything was nice and neat especially with a washer n dryer in the apartment for convenient! But there’s a lot of noses because of construction going on n a lot of homeless people, the gym is amazing lack of some equipment but I can’t be picky especially on vacation.

The photos for the property showed both a dining table and an office desk. However, our one-bedroom unit lacked both, making dining or working in the unit nearly impossible. The main reason I booked an apartment-style hotel was to have space to work quietly while my family slept, as well as to cook and eat meals in our unit instead of fighting traffic to dine out. What’s the point of a fully equipped kitchen if there’s nowhere to sit and eat? Very disappointed. WOULD NOT RECOMMAND.
