Would I come back? absolutely. The apartment was better than expected, well furnished and the kitchen has all the right utencils. The apartment was more spatious than expected from the photos online. I had an overall smile on my face for the entire time i was there with everything on the property. The amenities on the 7th floor are amazing, you get full access to the same amenities as the Lindley residents - pool, spa, sauna, gym and common area. The check in - check out system worked flawlessely and i never had to contact anyone at Kasa. The doors just opened, the internet worked, the place was clean. It was perfect for me. That being said, area around the property got 3 stars and this is all beyond Kasa's control. Go in with expectations of staying at a Condo-tel. You are in a residential neighborhood with other condos. If you don't have a car, you are going to rely on instacart or doordash for food/grocery options. The Starbucks across the street is the only fast food place closeby. There is a few more independent cafes and a bistro nearby as well. There are two 7-Elevens within a 2 block radius for 'groceries'. It was a ~30 minute walk to the convention center and gaslamp district, or a ~$19-$25 Uber ride depending on time of day. June 2025 there was a LOT of construction noise with a new condo going up across the street (Kasa provides a white noise machine and 2 sets of earplugs on the bedside tables). Otherwise typical city noises, I LOVED IT!

We had a great stay here. Just have two complaints: one of the the two key fobs didn’t work; and the cheap plastic wastebasket in the bathroom smelled like urine.

After going back-and-forth about a number of hotels, boy am I glad that we picked this one. The property is fantastic and having a two bedroom condo with living room and kitchen and two bathrooms is so much nicer than just being in one hotel room. We would stay here again in an instant
