The Stables at Eriviat Hall

The location was excellent and the property was exceptional. The house had everything we needed and more. The facilities were fantastic and the fresh bread biscuits wine and eggs were gratefully received. The house was beautifully furnished with beautiful touches and decor throughout. The hosts stayed away but made it clear they were there if needed.

Absolutely loved our stay here, celebrated my 40th with my amazing friends and family. It was modern spacious and very comfortable. Loved the peacocks walking around, absolutely stunning 🦚 A brilliant location close to a lot but we are from wales ourselves and purely went to enjoy the house and our time with each other.

Location to even drive down there absolutely horrid, the staff was okay but shocking at times, hot tub could not even use it first day…. Games room would be locked at times for no reason. They left a playstation with no controller charger. They expected us to clean the property inside and out like please. We have spent 1200 for a property for 2 days to enjoy

Lovely setting and views. Clean, lovely decor throughout. Beds comfy. Has plenty of utensils etc. Loved the little touches such as home made bread, wine, eggs, butter and milk upon arrival. The bath salts and toiletries provided in the bathrooms. We loved waking up to the peacocks

Jan and Pete kept in touch with us prior to arrival to make sure that we would have everything we needed for our stay. We had the option to have the beds made up into twin rooms or double beds which was great. The grounds were super accessible, tidy and full of nature. We have an electric car so having the electric charging points on the car park were very convenient. We were so pleased with the property. We stayed in The Stables, which can sleep up to 10, and there was also another holiday home on the site owned by Jan and Pete, which sleeps for a smaller group. These have a shared car park. The house fully surpassed our expectations and it was great to see the two horses, Bill and Monte within view of the kitchen window. The front porch to the property is very large and is where you will find the hot-tub which was very easy to use. Through the front door, it was also great to have a sink, bench, coat hooks and cupboards, so that you can get yourself sorted without taking mud into the rest of the house, especially muddy paws. Downstairs there were 4 bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space and plugs. The bathroom downstairs was huge and great for a big family, with a shower and a bath. There was also a smaller toilet and sink downstairs. Upstairs was lovely and open plan. There was an extra bedroom up here too, with an en-suite which we found was great for an elderly family member who might not be great with always going up and down stairs all day. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever need (and more). They had the freezer stocked with ice cubes and ice lollies for us. The game room just across from the property was great, with a pool table, air hockey and a ping pong table. However the cupboard in the dining room was full of board games and puzzles. There was also a PS4 with a few games downstairs in the property too! We had a lovely time and will definitely be back here! Thank you Jan and Pete!

There was nothing about the property that we disliked or would have changed. The booking website doesn't do this property justice and we would love to come back.
