We were warmly welcomed. The facilities are very comfortable and the room is very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was extra and absolutely worthwhile. One of the best breakfasts we have had in Italy. The host offered to drive us the short distance to town or pick us up after dinner which was nice. This establishment deserves its high rating.

A shower curtain would be helpful. Taping over a bright blue modem light would help darken the room for sleep.

The hosts were exceptional. We had walked there on the via Francigena and because it was slightly out of the town and raining, the hosts drove in to the town to book and collect our dinner, which we ate in the room. The room was perfect and spacious and had everything we needed. We also had a great breakfast in the room.

Very close to the Via Francigena. The owner kindly offered to drive us to Vetralla so that we could get dinner - we declined, since it is only around 15 minutes’ walk away. Very good breakfast - the first time in Italy that I have been offered bacon and eggs. Best of all, the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect!

The Host were extremely warm and helpful. They made a wonderful breakfast and made sure we got off the next day with a drive to the bus stop. Lovely family run B&B with perfect accommodations.

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and nicely done. The owners were very kind. They picked us up from dinner and brought breakfast to our room, which we ate on the lovely terrace. Francesca even made us a few sandwiches for our day's walk on the Via Francigena. Highly recommend!
