"Beautiful spot and everything you need."

Beautiful property, friendly host including offering a ride to town for lunch, even though it was only 800m away, and overall extremely well kept site. Breakfast brought to the room was delicious and the home made cookies for our walk topped it all off!!!

Lovely hosts so kind and thoughtful. Facility clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and included eggs and bacon if desired!

A toilet paper holder near the toilet would be helpful addition.

On my way to Rome via Francigena. Nice bedroom with bathroom (shower), on the first floor with seperate entrance. Looks like new. Expresso machine in the room. Very clean. Nice breakfast. House is just outside town (10 min walk) with garden. Very friendly couple which helped me with a logistic issue.

"Lovely villa, and a very nice room"

This is a very nice room inside a wonderful villa overlooking town. You can sit outside (on the "terraces") and enjoy the scenery. The owners were super friendly and extremely helpful.

The one drawback is the location, a long walk into and out of town if you don't have your own car. The owners offered us a ride from town which was simply amazing.
