KATHERINES COURT - Spacious Apartment with Rolling Hill Views

Location, secure parking, clean and tidy.

Scaffolding at room height with no prior warning, so privacy and security reduced, as could not leave windows open in living room or curtains open while men on scaffolding. Also limited view through it. Door to actual apartment was open on arrival, as well as main door downstairs. We did feedback to wonder on leaving, but no response.

Lovely apartment in the centre of the town. The apartment was stocked with everything you would need for a self catering stay. Spacious and clean. Fantastic hosts and great communication

A creaky staircase

Nice carpets and furnishings, good kitchen, big main bedroom. Well located in Kendal with shops and restaurants nearby.

The parking space in the garage is tight when there’s no cars, and I think impossible if a bigger car is in the space next to space 5. The window latches are missing screws so it’s hard to open the windows without feeling it’s going to break.

Perfect location, immaculately clean, has parking 👍🏼

Location for town was amazing and the parking is a huge bonus considering the costs and availability of spaces in the centre of town. Attended a hig at the Brewery Arts Centre which was just across to road and toured the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District for which it is central for access to both equally. Kitchen was well equipped. Broadband very fast.
