Stylish Apartment with Large, Covered Balcony in De Waterkant

Die Lage ist gut, schönes Viertel. Die Räumlichkeiten waren groß genug, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Klimaanlage vorhanden, Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sicher, man kommt nur mit Gesichtserkennung in das Gebäude und es gibt eine bewachte TG.

Das Schlafzimmer liegt in Richtung „Innenhof“. Dadurch dass hier auch Residents wohnen, kann es schon um 6:00 mal was lauter werden, da es sehr hellhörig ist. Auch die Mülltonnen werden morgens durch den Flur gerollt. Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng, aber es funktioniert alles.

Great location,apartment itself is peaceful. Modern clean interior. Felt very safe and walking distance to waterfront, and cbd. Easy to get Ubers to / from and just a short drive from most places. Owner herself was very friendly and very helpful. Apartment is also quite spacious with a lovely shower with good water pressure. Washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful.

Only gripe was ‘that the cleaner never came to clean the apartment when the check in company had advised us we would get 1 x complimentary free clean included on the Sunday. This never ha-[ended but was not a major issue as we were only staying 5 nights.

- Initially skeptical due to the limited number of reviews, but this was completely unfounded. - Very nice and spacious apartment including a great balcony and everything you need. - Pool one floor below (did not try it) - Location within walking distance of the Waterfront and the center (Bo-Kaap) - Everything very clean - Comfortable beds - Secure access system to the building - Parking space in the building's own parking garage with direct access from the building - The property management company is very friendly and easily reachable - Access to both the vehicle and the room worked perfectly - A small mall around the corner for shopping and grabbing coffee for breakfast - Landlady reachable via WhatsApp and helpful - Check-out is also easy - the employee comes by to hand over the keys

Clean and centrally located near waterfront and CICC

We experienced a small problem in the unit but the host went beyond what we expected to attend to the problem promptly. Kudos to her and her team.

Excellent location, great staff (Tyron & Jenni were both amazing).

Lots of light from the passages enters, need wider blackout curtain/blinds.
