Netflix- Destina Stays at Jazz Residences Makati, MetroManila

The apartment perfectly matches the pictures posted. It was very clean and the best part of it was the view.

The location in Makati was good - plenty of shops, rooftop bars and places to eat around. Very cmfortable bed and pillows, and furniture generally. Free Netflix. The view was good - both of the residence and of the skyscrapers from the balcony. Provided were 1 big towel per person, toilet paper, single-use shaving set, single-use toothbrushes. No soap or shampoo. Communication with the host over chat was easy and quick when it came to the housing. Additional recommendations were not given when we asked (i.e. what is the best way to get there from the airport), so it didn't exceed my expectations. Not sure if it was ok to use the washing machine (we didn't) but if it is, it's definitly a nice addition for a longer stay in Manila.

Could not check in on time - had to wait some time for housekeeping to finish. Not a big deal for us. After all personal information was copied in their system from our IDs, we were asked to leave a real ID at the Security Desk of the Residence with a recommendation not to leave a passport but a country ID (all docs just stayed together in a box next to the monitor) in exchange for a "pass" (which to my understanding was the proof that you're "legally" in the building if someone asks you for a proof). I disagreed and asked the host to leave her ID instead. She figured it out, so kudos for that. Cleanliness was average: Lots of mold in the bathroom; The place had a funky smell when we entered - strong smell was coming from one of the kitchen cupboards. This was communicated with the host, she was ready to have someone to clean further but we were too tired and wanted to rest, so we stayed as-is.

The location is very good, there's supermarket downstairs and many restaurants available. Room has all the things that you might need like hair dryer, flat iron, fridge, washing machine and...

The corridors is super smelly that disgusts you.

Good location lot of shops, there is a shopping mall at the bottom floor with many options. Smoothly check in, the host show you around, and explain every to you from the beginning. The owner was super nice, I left one of my important document in the room after I checked out. I text him, and he went and to find my documents where I left. He called me, and said I can pick it up anytime just ring him. Actually it was my visa extension, so from here thank you sooo much again, well done. I had one more little issue what he solved in a few hours, so highly recommend honest and good people.

Everything was fine

Nothing that we like about our room. It was old, dirty & smelled sewer in the kitchen sink area. It was an awful place to stay considering the location. There was a live cockroach in the kitchen. Ewww! Please improve your place.

the place is really clean and the host is very accommodating. it is near food establishments so no hassle in choosing were to eat. definitely recommended place 👍👍👍.
