Luxury new built split-level flat with rooftop gardens access

I liked the cozy flat, with all the facilities and close to the tram station

The sofa was full of stains, not nice to sit and sleep on it

The location, nice walks along the canals on the outskirts of the city. The concierge was very helpful and assisted us in extending our parking for a further night as we had forgot to extend and needed the code to do online. He kindly walked over to the car park to provide us with the code over the phone to prevent us from having to walk almost an hour back to get the code ourselves. The host was helpful in allowing us to checkin earlier as we had not realised it was such a late check-in of 4pm. The host did apologise for our disappointment and mentioned a refund. However, we would have e been happy to pay the cost for accurately advertised accommodation but this is definitely not the case.

We were really disappointed with this accommodation overall. It is advertised as luxurious. It is definitely not luxurious. There is also clear false advertising regarding the rooftop. The picture illustrated is not even of the same building and nothing like it. There is no access to seating whatsoever other than accommodation that leads out to that level and even then none of the seating is even remotely like that advertised. This put a dampener on our stay as we were looking forward to spending some time up there, relaxing in the sunshine with a few drinks and had bought a bottle of grey goose especially for the occasion. Additionally, we were contacted beforehand to say the cleaner had lost the fob to get into the building. While I appreciate these things can't be helped, it was an inconvenience as we weren't able to come and go as we pleased and had to call on the concierge every time for access. This mainly went smoothly, however on one occasion we phoned and buzzed 5 or 6 times before getting a response. The accommodation is also extremely small with a very hard and uncomfortable sofa/bed in the lounge that was smelly. The flat itself could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste splattered all down the walls in the bathroom and the accommodation itself just generally didnt smell clean.. The shower wasn't running away great which is clearly because the drain isn't getting cleared/cleaned regularly and certainly hadn't been before our arrival. The bedroom is upstairs and like an oven. This is the worst 2 nights sleep I have ever had, albeit the bed was comfortable enough but it was not possible to sleep in the heat. That was despite us having the window open downstairs our full stay and having the fan on at nite. The fan packed in on our second night and let out a loud bang and spark with a smell of burning about 2am. It is likely that the dust build up within attributed to this.

Lovely property with a quirky lay out would deffo recommend

This apartment was fantastic—modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless! The location is perfect, just minutes from the city center, yet quiet and relaxing. Having a supermarket right downstairs was so convenient! Parking next to the property was easy and affordable. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort. I loved every moment and will definitely be back
