"It was not a home away from home. More like a hostel room."

The location. Close to the shops, train station and bus station.

It was advertised as a one bedroom apartment, but it is actually a studio apartment. It could do with a complete set of cutlery. No teaspoon. No tea,coffee or sugar provided, or set for coffee, tea and sugar jar, even if you have to provide your own. No shampoo or shower gel. Plate too big for microwave. Kettle needs descaling.
