Gilliflower 1 bedroom cottage at Trethwale Barns Holiday Home

Quiet location, log fire and perfect for a Cornwall retreat. Cottage was decorated for Xmas and had all the necessary items to ensure you have a great stay.

What a perfect location for discovering the Jewel of Cornwall. The underfloor heating made all the difference and was the cherry on the cake for a perfect stay. The cottage is clean, warm and welcoming. Well equipped, perfect for our short break before Christmas with our dog. I can’t think of anything that was missing and Karl & Katie were the perfect hosts on hand whenever needed and nothing too much trouble.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Thank you for a delightful stay in Gilliflower. We had a very relaxing time; it’s a lovely spot, very quiet. We appreciated the scones & cream, they were a very nice afternoon treat! Katie’s welcome and advice on local spots we could visit was exactly what we needed after a long drive and not much time to research the area. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. Special mention to the VERY fast dishwasher too! The place was very clean and welcoming. We had a great time!

It was all pretty good to be honest.

A spacious, quiet, relaxing property for two. The barn was immaculate throughout, really well laid out, very comfortable large bed, powerful hot shower. Katie made us very welcome. This was our third stay and we're booking again!

We loved everything about the property. It was well equipped, with some lovely added extras. The log burner made the barn feel very cosy.
