Very responsive management & friendly Very comfortable place to stay

Location is centre of the city.

- Problem on check in. Smart door cannot be open so stucked outside for 1 hour ++ - Stayed for 5 days for very limited basic item. Tissue is just in the toilet and used before. Left a little. Toilet and the house smell like an old house left empty with no people in. Had to contact owner to provide us the tissue. Garbage bags also not provided. Its annoying when you have to tell everything you need during your stay. - They put instant noodles, sachet drinks, detergent but need to pay. Its just weird. - parking only 1 provided. Next car have to pay RM 2 per hour. And no maximum rate. So one day parking is about RM 12 and above. - Next door partying late at night. The noise is so clear that we all woke up and cannot sleep. Imagine it started from 2am until 7am! - The curtain also seems like old curtain as theres a lot of holes.

gym and sauna were nice. Greay chinese restaruant down stairs and access to shopping centre. close to airport.

room is tired. curtain broke and wall paper is pealing. Dishes not put away from previous staff. Instructions to turn on water heater would have been helpful. Cold showers for first day whilst i worked this out.

Convenient to find F&B & Easy access to airport.
