The apartment is nothing like what the pictures showed and the first apartment we replaced and had a leaking pipe under the sink creating a foul smell, the bathrooms smelt and there was no hot water in the sink. We had to contact the landlord straightaway to say that we were not prepared to stay there and so he offered us an alternative which was a little better but not much. The refrigerator wasn’t working in the second apartment so I had to be fixed on the washing machine leaked. We also were disappointed with the quality of the bed linen and the towels which were virtually thread bear. We notified the landlord of this most he had the fridge and washing machine seem to you didn’t comment on the bedding. Furthermore, the only reason we rented the apartment was so that we could cook our own food but the electric hob that was supplied only had one working and was very dirty And there was a hot plate only so we were unable to cook during our stay. The landlord office offered us less than £3 per person as compensation for not only having to waste our time and changing apartments on the first morning and then having to wait for the other apartment to be cleaned before we could move into it. It is not what you expect on a holiday and very little thought has been given on making renters comfortable.

Prostorné, celkem moderní bydlení (i když náš pokoj měj starší nábytek, než na obrázcích ubytování). Pod ubytováním bylo nákupní centrum včetně potravin (otevírací doba do 22), což bylo praktické. Dostupnost do centra - je od něj dál, ale za pár korun se dá kamkoliv dostat Grabem. Když jsme měli problém s pračkou, stačilo napsat na WhatsApp a za 20 minut přiběhl pán a pračku opravil. Obývák obsahoval gauč, TV i jídelní stůl s přilehlou kuchyní, takže to byl super prostor na večerní hraní karetních her apod. Koupelny naprosto dostačující, jen bazén byl celkem přeplněny, tak jsme tam moc nechodili.

V ubytování se nachází mnoho malinkých mravenců. Dostanou se i do lednice, všude možně, takže třeba ovoce uschované v lednici v přihrádce v bezpečí nebude (máme otestováno). S mravenci jsme se však setkali i v mnohem dražším ubytování v KL, takže to v tomto regionu je asi obvyklá věc. Taky bych si přál lepší osvětlení 3. ložnice, je tam malé okno do prádelny a působí trošku jako kobka. Alespoň nějaké obrázky na zdi nebo tak.
