Nothing interesting , house manager gave us rude

On our arriving , there was someone already in our flats, he already booked, the house manager gave us a wrong pin, when we trying to call and explain, he first was ignoring us for ours, when he answered he was rude as hell, not trying to to help us or solve any problem., we arrive around 1 in the morning, so we have to look for the nearest travel lodge that we have to pay £140 for that couple of hours, so we can look for something chewy in the morning, it was horrible.

Bad communications with owner.no service for clean bedding or towels for two weeks.!!!really rough looking area front door didn't lock.locks were noisy as they banged shut.white!! Blinds!.no darkness. Steep stairs..said " laundry" on facilities didn't even know where there was a launderette.no service offered.paid parking all round..shower head was broken reported nothing done had to prop it up so no adjustment...yellow on duvets.

Oops wrong way round..everything was didn't like apart from location..

The host was good once I notified them about the issue with the first flat and moved me to a clean one

The first flat I arrived in wasn’t clean with bins full and bed with stains The 2nd flat was nice enough but the entrance to the property was behind a take away and there was constaltly rubbish rotten food and rats about

Absolutely nothing. DO NOT book this accommodation. It is nothing like in the pictures, no WIFI, owner is the most incompetent and non communicative person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Showed up on day 1 to a dirty bed that wasn't made, used/dirty bathroom towels and poo stains on the toilet, dirt and squashed tomatoes on the floor and a bin still half full of rubbish. I'm in the difficult process of getting my refund and deposit back. I'm surprised Booking.com still have this venue advertised, it needs to be taken down ASAP. The fact they charge you for a cleaning fee and require a deposit of £100 only to come to arrive to a bombsite of an apartment is criminal. I'm not the first person to endure this either.

Everything, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to a family of rats let alone another human being..

A lot of damage too walls and in bathroom also plug socket was damaged and coming off the wall was a significant health and safety issue. Wasn’t too please having too pay a total of £279 too see this

We attended a conference in Southampton - It was close to the venue where the conference was held, so it was convenient for us.

We didn't really have a pleasant stay at all. On arrival, the door to the building code pad wasn't really there, the numbers had been ripped off. We were worried about not being able to insert the code but didn't really had to worry about that: we didn't need a code at all as the door to the building doesn't close at all, which made us feel very insecure. The room is way smaller than it resembles to be in the photos (we suspect the photos actually belong to a couple of different rooms but are shown together). The beds are ridiculously narrow and so close together that the person using the one closest to the wall can only get to their bed walking sideways or crawling from the end of the bed. The kitchen area was greasy and the kettle full of scale. The bathroom door didn't have a handle, so couldn't be closed. The shower stopped working randomly during one of our showers. When we informed the host about this, the response was rude and passive aggressive, suggesting that we hadn't turned it on but, as I said, the shower stopped working mid-shower, so it was definitely on. Someone came to check the next day and apparently everything was working just fine, although that night the shower stopped working again, to the point where we had to go shower to other colleagues' appartment, which is just utterly unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to my worst enemies.
