Superb Studio Flats in City Centre

The keys were in a lockbox which is appreciated for the security of it. I liked that having my personal door be able to lock helped me feel a bit more at ease.

The fact that the front door was open and wasn’t able to be locked from the inside, nor was I informed prior to that this would be the case. The email stated to ensure that the door be locked from the inside but that wasn’t the case when arriving to the flat. I didn’t feel safe with that. Would have appreciated before informed prior to my arrival. The lack of cleanliness for the flooring, under the bed was very dusty. The unpleasant smell of the flat didn’t help me feel at home or relaxed, it felt embedded in the place and was hard to air out properly throughout the day because the top window was locked.

The person in charge of the flat is not responding or communicating. The shower has been broken and not repaired for five days, and I haven’t been able to take a shower.

Property is dirty and unsafe

The bed was very comfortable. Location was good. A short walk to the centre

Shower wasn’t usable - thermostat not adjustable and the water was way too hot. Only one programme was attainable on the tv. Door to the street was open to anyone passing by

Nice location everything was at a walkable distance, some food places on the same street too
