ВСЕ!!! АБСОЛЮТНО 💯% ПОПАДАНИЕ👍 когда качество превышает цену. Чистота, уютно, вид из окна сногсшибательный. На балконе можно любоваться рекой, красивыми домами. Вечером подсветка везде включается и такая романтика 💕. Мы немного заблудились, но нас встретили и помогли со всеми нашими вопросами. Нам с мужем оооочень понравилось, жаль было мало времени на Grand World. Я б с удовольствием пожила бы в Haleeda. И очень сожалею, что не сделала фото номера, но все соответствует фото владельцев. Есть только вид с балкона.

الموقع والنظافة جيدة

لايوجد غطاء للسرير وطلبت منه وقالوا تغطى بملاءة السرير هل هذا معقول!!!!؟التكييف كان سيء وينزل الماء على الأرضية مما تسبب في وقوعي وكدت اياب اصلحوه ورجعت نفس المشكلة في اليوم التالي ،ولايوجد عزل للاصوات الموظف حاول يأخذ مني مبالغ زائد عند المغادرة وتعذر بأني تأخرت 20 دقيقة واوضحت ان سبب تأخيري بسببهم حيث اني لم استطع النوم لأن التكييف لايعمل

"Great stay with some nuisances"

Strategic location, great window view of Grand World along the man made canal.

Slippery bath room floor tiles, position of air conditioner is inappropriate with air flow keeps blowing towards the bed causing headache, blanket is too thin, and there are some small ants running around, and some crazy loud karaoke from nearby pubs may drive your sleep away till wee hours.

Брали два номера, на 2 и 3 этажах, отличные чистые номера, в хорошем состоянии, на 2 эт был балкон, на 3 только окно) но вид на канал супер, расположение отличное. Мила очень милая, была на связи, встретили на автовокзале.

"Fun time in Phu Quoc"

Spacious and clean. Located in the heart of a strategic location. Very nice view from the room and so clean..

No lift - so not so suitable for elderlies and anyone with a knee problem.

"Pleasant"

The host was accommodating to our request. She tried her best to make our stay comfortable and I was grateful for that. Great location, which balcony overlooking the river. Also can enjoy firework from the hotel balcony.

The bedsheet and pillow cover smell like damped cloths, not comfortable to snuck in with such smell. The hosted offered to change the room, but my husband refused and requested to change the whole bedsheet, pillow sheet and quilt cover. There was also no toilet roll, shampoo and shower gel provided, luckily we brought ourselves. This could be improved for better hospitality and experience of the customers
