GBLocation was perfect, bathroom was ok washer good and good fridge
The room is shabby, bad decor,no cups had to buy, 1 fork 1 knife 2 spoons no teaspoon, only 2 towels no hand towels, the bed linen is very poor tried boil wash still looked dirty. Pillows very smelly had to wash pillowcase everyday as smell of pillow came through to pillowcase. Has for the bed itself, where do I start... Was like sleeping on concrete never had a mattress so hard and uncomfortable ever, spent lots of money on daily massage to try and eleviate the pain in our hips back and neck, would of been easier sleeping on a bed of nails. The wall of our bedroom was adjacent to the lift shaft, so we had the noise of that 24/7 was like trying to sleep next to Heathrow flight path.
