Ik had een kamer geboekt en betaald alles was ok toen ik in Bangkok was zag ik dat mijn geld is teruggestort op mijn rekening. Toen moest ik opnieuw een kamer boeken. En toen 100€ duurder. Kan jullie mij vertellen hoe dit mogelijk is graag een antw.

Geen personeel alles met appen.
