INProperty was in bad shape. Not cleaned to my standards. Bugs. Dirty floors. Shower head broken so showering was difficult and the water was not hot. Washing machine wasn’t working right and water spilled all over the patio. They look luxury but it’s not. Just nice amenities which aren’t all that

AUWas confusing and difficult to check in. I asked for 2 rooms on same floor to be close to our son and was told this was OK. The second room was 10 floors different and in another building.
