Seafront BnB at Botany

One of the best BnBs I've ever been to: fantastic location (just a few steps to the Botany Bay beach), amazing hosts Barry and Aye: very helpful, responsive, truly hospitable; the room was perfect: everything was new and spotless clean and fresh, comfy big bed, spacious shower, lots of thoughtful details and artsy touches. There was plenty of parking space outside. Our spaniel was welcome there as well, he loved having lead-free walks in the field in front on the house. We loved the atmosphere in the lounge room on the upper floor with balcony and the stunning sea views while having a chat with Barry and other guests. It's a true gem in the Broadstairs-Margate area. We would love to come again. Highly recommended.

Barry and Aye made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is outstanding, we couldn't fault anything about it. Thank you for you going above and beyond with your hospitality. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family, and we will be back too.

An excellent, 'well appointed' house in a wonderful location; daily sumptuous breakfasts and with superb hospitality!!! The entire experience far exceeded our expectations and thanks to the marvellously engaging and informative Barry, the ever friendly Aye and, not forgetting, "Manatee!!", our summer holiday plans were rescued ....we are ever grateful!! Nothing

The property was very modern and had been renovated to an exceptional standard. The rooms are above and beyond anything I’ve ever stayed in. We could not fault any part of our stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Barry is an excellent host and makes every effort to ensure your stay is perfect. The BnB is very close to the lovely sandy beach at Botany Bay, also adjacent to lovely natural meadows. The rooms are very high quality, and the breakfast was excellent. Very highly recommended.

For Margate old town the taxi ride is about £6.50. The walk along the costal path takes around 45 minutes to get to Margate.
