The best B&B we've ever been to. Beautiful house, perfectly located overlooking Botany Bay. Superb accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Charming host. Absolutely nothing could be better.

Wonderful location, especially for access to the beach. Breakfast excellent, and Barry and Aye made us feel very welcome offering us canapés and drinks in the evening and use of their lounge at certain times. Also very helpful with anything we might need. Fantastic.

This apartment is a true gem! From the moment we stepped inside, we were wowed by the modern and beautifully designed space. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Waking up to delicious breakfasts each morning was a real treat, and the short walk to the beach made enjoying those sunny days effortless. Beyond the stunning apartment and prime location, our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable home base just steps from the beach, look no further - you won't be disappointed!

We loved everything about the property… Barry and Aye welcomed us into their home! You are invited into their lounge between 5 and 8 for drinks and tapas along with Barry’s knowledge of the area along with stories, history and a general conversation added to our visit! Rooms amazing, stylish, comfortable, little unexpected surprises, toiletries, kettle along with hot chocolate, tea, coffee, fruit, chocolates I could go on, even a sudoko puzzle book 😁
