Very clean, modern and comfortable. Very friendly host and accommodating.

Nothing, everything absolutely brilliant.

It was a lovely space. Roomy, clean and with a really awesome juke box!

The only thing that needs attention is the sower head in the en-suite as the water sprays out at all sorts of angles!

Location is perfect. In a quiet street by the sea. Convenient to get to Margate or Broadstairs.The house is stunning with a sunny back and front garden and some cool furniture inside. Everything feels spacious and the house is absolutely spotless. The host is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. He also makes the best coffee and a delicious fresh breakfast with homemade products. We can’t wait to go back.

The room was lovely very clean and comfertable. The atmosphere was so homley and welcoming. There was lots of little extra touches the plate of goodies, tea and coffee making facilities in our room, a selection of shampoo's in the shower. Everything had been thought of. Location was amazing, we will definatley aim to return in the summer to enjoy the surrounding area more. Breakfast was all lovely and fresh, i'm milk and wheat intolerant so although it can be tricky there was a variety of milk alternatives availiable at breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Berry's charming BnB, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home right away. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay (Just baked brownie included). The attention to detail was evident, from the soft linens to the thoughtful amenities provided. Berry is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always available to ensure guests have the best experience possible. He went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options, which truly enhanced ourvisit. His warm and friendly demeanor made every interaction a delight. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious and fresh selection that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day! Overall, Berry's BnB offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, hospitality, and excellent value for money. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would absolutely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you, Berry, for such a memorable stay!

Barry was an amazing host, so warm and welcoming, I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality. Greeted upon our arrival with champagne, fruit and delicious home made brownies. Invited to join the other guests of an afternoon for drinks and nibbles, so lovely to have the opportunity to chat with the other guests, Barry, Aye and their dog ‘princess’ Manatee. The location of the property was superb, a stones throw from the beautiful beach and fabulous walks. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable with the deepest bath I’ve ever seen, breakfast was delicious. Our dog was also made very welcome, he was given treats and Barry and Aye offered to look after him if we wanted to go out for the evening. The local pub was good and dog friendly.

The Seafront BnB is situated in a lovely quiet location 2 miles from the centre of Margate. The bedoom was very comfortable andf tastefully decorated and the breakfast delicious, providing a selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals and a choice of cooked breakfast.

Location excellent and close to beautiful beach. The room was perfect with very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Lots of lovely touches like fresh fruit, toiletries and water. Breakfast was varied and very good quality. Host Barry was amazing with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for walks and restaurants. Barry was very welcoming and always offered tea when we returned. Our dog was also made very welcome which was a key reason for choosing to stay here. Would thoroughly recommend and return ourselves.
