It was beautiful and very clean and new. The breakfast was amazing and everything was well look after. The room had a kettle and snacks! It was a treat and Barry was excellent

We liked absolutely everything. I can't fault this stay at all. My my mother in law came to watch Scooter at Dreamland together. Barry, the host, was an absolute delight from start to finish. And after a 7 hour journey he offered us a glass of wine immediately. Sat us in the beautiful garden. Showed us around this stunning home. And even suggested places we could go and eat and things to do and see while we were here. The upstairs living room has the most stunning views over the sea, and you can see for miles. Barry was so welcoming and shared stories and chatted with us, making us feel right at home. The beach is just a few minutes' walk, and it's beautiful. There is a wildlife walk just in front of the property, too. The main margate town is a 10 minute or so drive/taxi ride. There is a lovely restaurant pub with a very interesting history a few minutes walk away. The food was absolutely delightful and the staff were very pleasant. The extras Barry put into the room were wonderful, the bunch of grapes, the hot chocolate, teas, and coffee. The caramel biscuits and bottles of water. Both sparkling and still. And wow, the breckfast in the morning was a wonderful spread of freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly prepared fruits, yoghurt, home made compote, freshly Bakes pastries and if you want any eggs Barry will cook these fresh for you too. There are cereals and other lovely breckfast options. We will 100% be coming back. It was an absolute pleasure to stay. It's enough out of the way to be peaceful but also close enough to everything you need. Thank you so much Barry. We will be back!

Exceptional host. Very personable. Went above and beyond. B&B was of an extreme high standard, modern with all and even more amenities. Manatee was an added and unexpected bonus! Would recommend to anyone and will certainly stay again when in the area!
