Seafront BnB at Botany

We had a fantastic two-night stay at the Seafront BnB in Botany. The host was warm and great company, making the visit feel truly personal. The house is beautifully styled, with a lovely garden and just a short walk to the beach. Super comfy, great vibes, and really good value. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful welcome from Barry. Made us feel very welcome with a glass of wine. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room with little extras such s fresh fruit, sweets, chocolate. Guest sitting room upstairs with fantastic sea view. The house is decorated and arranged with excellent taste and elegance.

Slightly difficult to find.

The room was very modern, attractive and clean in a beach side setting.There were lots of thoughtful touches such as chocolate and fruit provided. The breakfast was amazing including lovely fresh fruit and pastries. The owner was very welcoming and friendly.

Extraordinary stay with Barry. What a host! Barry, keep doing what you're doing, cannot imagine not being able to return to stay with you again. Exceptional welcome, room, breakfast, and every extra that came with it, too numerous to mention. Hats off to Toni, too 👏 x

Good location, close to the beach. Pub nearby. The owner Barry is a very nice guy. Good recommendations for things to do. Excellent, healthy breakfast.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay — Exceeded All Expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was outstanding. Barry was incredibly welcoming and professional. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every comfort we could ask for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was a real highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. The location was perfect, too, close to a bus station, and peaceful at night. Also, it was only 3 minutes walking to the Botany Bay Beach We truly felt looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended!!!

Location was great and lovely sea views. Attentive and helpful host. Very good breakfast. Our little dog Minnie was made very welcome. The house was spacious, stylish and relaxing.
