Adorable 2-Bedroom Modern Basement

Do not book this property! I never leave a review for a property normally but this property was completely mid advertised and misrepresented. We arrived to the property through someone’s garage into the basement flat where we found the property did not lock from the outside. This means when you leave the property, the owner has complete access to your part of the property and all of your belongings. In addition, the air con is not controlled by yourself but by the tenant upstairs and was left absolutely freezing. We had reached out to turn the AC off given it was completely uncomfortable and the request was denied. The lights did not turn on in the main living area and when you tried to leave the basement to go up to the garage, the stairwell is pitch black until you reach the top. This property is also below a house where the owners have dogs that bark consistently on your entering and leaving and completely not as advertised for the amount charged of almost $900 for 3 days.

No main sink- only in bathroom. No hair dryer. Very steep staircase. You don't have control of the ac/heat.

Cruisy place with no real hassles.

Getting in and out was cumbersome but we dealt with it.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Cute little space. The instructions were clear, so I didn't have a problem getting in! Starbucks was close by. Which is a must imo! Lol. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Incredible host. Very friendly and would recommend highly.
