Adorable 2-Bedroom Modern Basement

The place was clean and cozy. also, I like the privacy.

We did not like the dog barking when we came in or going out. he was so loud. at times it was a bit frightening as if he was going to tear the door down. phone service was bad at times. ;)

Enjoyed the hosts.

The hosts made entering smooth and easy, and they were in good communication. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for our purposes. The dishes system was easy--a bin in a cupboard to put dirty dishes--and there were enough dishes for our stay. The freezer, though small, worked well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

There was a strange smell around the bathroom on the first night. It could have been related to sewage, or it could have been marijuana, but it was a bit unpleasant. It was gone the next morning.

It was a really nice little place to stay! And the host was really friendly and I loved his pets! Everything was comfortable and safe, definitely a great deal ! I highly recommend and I will be staying here my next trip to Denver!!

The space was well designed and cozy. Shower had good water pressure and was beautifully designed. It was very close to the airport. The rooms had darkening curtains and the beds were comfy. The co-host was friendly. Neighborhood was busy but there was always off street parking available for us.

The dogs upstairs barked often when we came and went. They had loud barks, which did worry my small kids at first, but then we met the dogs in person and they were large but VERY friendly. So that put them at ease. YET- last night there at 2:50 in the morning the co-host had a friend come over late and the dogs went nuts barking and woke me up. I was scared, not sure why they were barking at that time so I had adrenline rushing and could not fall asleep for several hours after. I think that is rude of the co-host. We noted 2 small damages and said it did not impact our stay. But while we were gone the co-host came into our space w/o notice and repaired the.. You could lock the entrace door to the unit when you were there. But you could not lock the space when you left so you did not have a security that way.

It was comfy and good location. Very friendly, beautiful dogs. Will stay again. Gave us his personal number in case there was a problem

Host was very nice and helpfull. Easy to find and get inside. Moder furniture and there was washing machine and dryer.

It was a little cold but it is basement and there is supposed to be cold 😅

Onsite staff and host went above and beyond the make sure we had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. Convenient location, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, much roomier and so much more comfortable than a hotel for 3 adults and a dog!! Would most definitely stay here again!
