Very nice, clean, and in good location. Jay was very kind and helpful

The house is located in a local place and very near to bus stop and subway station. The room is very clean although there is no window. The host is very nice and considerate.

Jay is an amazing host! We arrived late at night after coming from Jeju Island, but he waited for us and gave us a thorough introduction to the guesthouse facilities. He even recommended a few restaurants, including Gosame, which quickly became our favourite. The location is excellent, as it is very close to Daeheung Station and several bus stops, making it easy to get around Seoul. We stayed for 3 nights while attending the Beautiful Mint Life Festival at Oil Tank Culture Park (문화비축기지), which was only about 30 minutes away by bus. There is also a restaurant located near the guesthouse, so finding something to eat late at night is never a problem. The guesthouse is a traditional hanok-style house. The room was spacious enough for two people and came with a private bathroom, which is a great bonus at this price point.

The location was really nice. The neighborhood was also very nice, it was a quiet neighborhood which was really refreshing. The guesthouse itself was also very good. It was clean and had everything you would need. The staff went above and beyond to help. Absolutely loved it.

Incredibly close to the subway, perfect distance away from all the sights, great value for money

A little small but not a bother! You get what you pay for :)
