Perfect location right next to the beach, nice and clean and peaceful and quiet with Southwold and Gorleston-on-Sea in driving distance...

The bathroom sink blocked whilst we were there but no big deal ...

So clean! Modern, all facilities we needed. Very good value for money. Location was perfect for fresh sea air dog walks.

Good location - access to the beach via a footpath near the rear of the site. Short walk to a pub (wasn't serving food the day we tried), a restaurant (was fully booked that day) and a chippie which was very nice. Kitchen was equipped with a welcome basket of snacks and washing up supplies. Plenty of towels available. There was tea, coffee and sugar but we had brought our own just in case. We didn't really cook but it seemed there was everything we could have needed. Shower was good - supplied shampoo and conditioner was very good. Beds were comfy and the TV came with extra channels so it was possible to find something to watch in the evening. Small private outside area was nice to have - there was a table out there so we could have dined there if we'd wanted. No traffic noise. Spotted a rabbit a few times. Peaceful place to stay.

Bit of a narrow unsurfaced road leading to the property. Second bedroom the bed takes up most of the room so accessing the window means either climbing over the bed or squeezing through the small gap at the foot.

Clean with good facilities

Excellent location literally 300 meters from the beach, comfortable space for 2 adults and 2 children with the family dog, the directions were excellent, the house clean and beautiful. We will definitely return without doubt.

We didn't find any negative

Lovely small terraced house, very clean and nicely updated, location right next to the beach. Beds and sofas were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and welcome pack was a bonus. WiFi was very good.

Possibly a bit small for a family of four with a dog but good fit for a couple. Dining table too small to eat with four people at the same time. Blinds in the living room were ripped/worn out at the bottom and a little bit of mould in the bottom of the shower. All that was missing was a bin in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen otherwise well stocked.

Literally is right next to the beach, great location, will definitely be going back
