"Perfect dog friendly accommodation by the sea."

Very modern property (no. 4 not 11) was like a home from home. The festive hamper was a nice touch and milk, tea, coffee & sugar all provided also. Very close to a fabulous beach. Comfy bed, great shower and log burner for those winter nights. Everything was fabulous.

The area separated for the dogs make a big difference, we loved the fireplace, and very clean.we enjoy our Christmas time.

Was very nice and clean with a lovely welcome pack, so close to the beach.

Liked the property very much but was slammed with a £45 fee for the dog when we got there, not sure if I overlooked it or was not told about it till we arrived.

It was immaculate, everything that you could possibly need. Wonderful location and extremely friendly, helpful staff. We will be back as it is a perfect base to explore Suffolk.

"Excellent location for the beach."

Lovely clean modern comfortable for a couple and a dog. Nice hamper surprise, milk sugar tea aswell, so nice after a long drive. Excellent location for the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Nice little secure garden out back.

Nothing to complain about. Husband would have liked a shelf in the shower to put his flannel ect on. The photo on booking.com site isn't number 11, need to update photo.
