Kathmandu Guest House by KGH Group

Great location in Thamel. The garden courtyard seating was such a beautiful place to eat, have a drink or just chill. The onsite massage spa was wonderful. The staff were beyond awesome and despite it being in an old palace, my room was spotlessly clean and modern with all necessities. Beautiful place with a laidback atmosphere. Obviously caters to middle class hikers and trekkers

My stay was too short

Perfect location for cafés, restaurants and shops. Easy to catch a taxi or rickshaw to and from the hotel. Super comfortable! Staff are amazing and so welcoming! We cannot wait to go back there again :) Would highly recommend!!

Good location, nice with a garden to hangout.

Over priced

Because of weather conditions i checked in a night later - Kathmandu Guest House didn’t charge me for that night and even gave me a free room upgrade. 🥹 Very friendly and helpful staff in general, a peaceful place in Thamels chaos. The Garden is lovely to chill in. Food has been good too, there’s even a currency exchange place in house, very convenient! Would definitely come back.
