Very clean and perfect room for my needs

Clean and comfortable room

Great room

The pub and reception were shut. The location didnt feel secure anymore. Had to call a number to get a key. This was all different from the previous time I stayed and disappointing. I was hoping to be able to have a drink or maybe food in the pub.

The room itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable.

The pub was closed which wasn't mentioned in the advert and there were no staff onsite if there was any issues

It was very clean very convenient and the staff I spoke to Sue meyhew so helpful the parking was fantastic The big telly. Internet was easy to connect to everything you needed in the room felt like I heard from Home.

Good location. Warm with loads of hot water, clean. Parking great.

It would have been better if there had been food available.

Room was perfect t for me. Location only 2 miles away. Quiet in general but the A5 can be noisy - not any fault of yours

I think with the refurb - thinks got a little lost in transit but nothing major at all! When we arrived it all made sense and the cleaner Julie was a great help and assisted us.

The room was clean and comfortable making the stay very pleasant.

Unfortunately I wasn't aware they were closed for refurbishment so when I arrived the bar and restaurant was closed so never got the opportunity to try the food at the venue.
