When booking I thought there was a pub within the hotel upon arrival I was made aware the pub has permanently shut down

Nice modern clean room and lovely bathroom.

Clean & welcoming plenty of parking

The room was perfect however the toilet seat really needs attention as it is hanging on by a thread

Property was clean and well presented.

We had a hard time getting in. There were about three different instructions for how to get in. Check in was reportedly 2-6 but it turned out that it was a self checkin with a key box. We haven’t been sent the details. When we called the third or fourth number we found we managed to get in, the gentleman we spoke to at this point was very helpful. The room was an odd mix of very good quality and cheap furnishings. A broken toilet roll holder, a few dodgy things in the shower. There was a coffee machine but no coffee, though there was some tea, hot chocolate and biscuits which was nice. The associated pub was closed permanently which is a shame but little that can be done about it. This is where lots of the incorrect instructions were and where we returned the keys in error due to some old signage.

We couldn't get in and were told they couldn't honour the booking at the last minute 21.43 to be precise on the 27th. We are waiting for a refund. Booking.com have not helped.

The room was clean and well presented

The fact that the pub had been closed since 2/1/2025 but no mention of it on their or your website!

The location was perfect and the decoration was just lovely. The bathroom was big and had a great shower. Would definitely go back.

It’s a self check in accommodation. The code for the room was sent via text and since I was traveling I had no service so I had to go to a nearby pub and borrow a phone. I also got no reply to my email asking for the codes or the message I sent on booking.

Toilet seat broken, lock on door temperamental

The rooms were confortable and pretty. Quite big.

I didn’t realise they are located on a main road which was very noisy all night with cars.

Room was spacious, clean and value for money

Toilet roll holder was broken that was the only negative we could find
