Villa Marco Au jardin des senteurs

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Marrakech. Tout était parfait : l’ambiance, le service, la propreté et l’accueil chaleureux. L’expérience a dépassé mes attentes et j’ai vraiment profité de chaque moment. Un grand merci spécialement à Abdou pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Il était toujours serviable, attentionné et prêt à aider avec le sourire. Grâce à lui, notre expérience était encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The breakfast and location were lovely, the staff were all SUPER amazing.

Sorry to say, guys (if you are reading this): * The WIFI connection was non-existent in the rooms. Please fix this as this was a huge issue. There are no local shops to the area so purchasing an E-Sim isn't really possible. I did mention this a few times to staff, was told someone would go and look at it... and no one did. I'm not entirely sure how a router simply plugged into a plug socket is supposed to provide WIFI? * There was no reception for the TV? No channels appeared, not even any radio stations. * I found dead cockroaches in my bathroom. One of my friends decided to check out early as she also found live cockroaches in her room. *The shower was broken in my bathroom. This does not reflect in any way to how staff were, like I said they were amazing and very helpful. As someone else has posted, this place will be lovely and super hot in the summer but during these months was a little on the cold side.

The staff was nice; they welcomed us in a warm way. There was a music event in the villa on the day we arrived; however, we were informed about that on the day we made the reservation and were offered to choose between canceling free of charge or an upgrade. We ended up choosing the upgrade that Said actually offered us for free.

During the thunderstorm that night, water leaked into our room through the balcony door, but I guess that was nobody's fault. Since it was raining heavily..

Abdel war sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Super Frühstück. Tolles Anwesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
