Solemar Sicilia - Palazzo Pirrotta

Bardzo duży obiekt, wszystko ładne i nowe.

Okolica, troszkę daleko od wizualnie bezpiecznej okolicy.

Wir wurden am Tag vor der Anreise aus dem Palazzo Pirrotta ohne Begründung in das Appartement im Palazzo vetrano abgeschoben. Alle Proteste blieben erfolglos. Es war eine Verschlechterung : kleiner, ein Zimmer weniger, ein Stockwerk mehr, turbulentes Straßenmarkt Viertel; größere Entfernung zu Bahnhof und öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. Wir mussten uns arrangieren.

Unsere Beschreibungen beziehen sich also auf den Palazzo vetrano und nicht auf den P. Pirotta. Die Ausstattung ist witzig aber nicht bequem; viel unnötiger Schnickschnack aber nur zwei Stühle in der Wohnküche! Dies sind nur zwei Beispiele. Bisher haben wir auch keine Hilfe von booking com erhalten. Wie kann es sein, dass ein Vermieter ohne Begründung eine bezahlte Wohnung verweigert und Gäste in eine Ersatzwohnung abschiebt!? Ist das nicht mit dem Mietvertrag ausgeschlossen?

The whole thing, great apartment, well thought out and equipped. Good location from an accessible point of view to local attractions, although it was in a rather run-down area.we felt very safe and secure.

What we didn't like had nothing to do with the apartment. We found Palermo to be very noisy during the night. This might be in case because we live in a rural situation and do not have the nighttime traffic, and people wandering about being loud.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto bello.

Abbiamo trovato stoviglie molto sporche nei cassetti. Non c'erano sufficienti kit cortesia in bagno per 3 notti e 3 persone. Il terzo giorno siamo rimaste senza corrente elettrica e senza acqua dalle 9 di mattina fino a metà pomeriggio, la casa è stata praticamente inagibile. Abbiamo scoperto da sole di questa interruzione dei servizi per una comunicazione sul portone, i gestori si erano ben guardati dall'informarci. Non abbiamo ricevuto né scuse né rimborsi, né soluzioni alternative per la nostra permanenza in città. Eravamo in 3, qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo abbiamo chiesto una doppia chiave per esigenze diverse. Non ci è mai stata fornita. Ci è stato detto che hanno suonato a casa il giorno seguente il nostro arrivo, ma senza preavviso mi sembra ovvio che fosse difficile trovare qualcuno. Sono ancora in attesa di ricevere la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno che abbiamo pagato in contanti lasciati sul piano della cucina.

Bardzo ładne, dobrze urządzone mieszkanie, wygodne, przestronne. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. W pobliżu duży LIDL, blisko do centrum Palermo, za rogiem przystanek autobusowi, niedaleko od dworca ale jest cicho i spokojnie.

L'emplacement est idéal. Près de la gare, de toutes les grandes places, des bons restos, vraiment un endroit idéal. Ruslan a été très disponible et a pris le temps de bien expliquer les choses. L'appartement est grand et très confortable. Bien équpé, tout fonctionne très bien.C'était aussi très propre. L'ascenseur a facilité le transport des bagages.

Il manque un étendoir pour sécher les vêtements. Lors de notre séjour, la température était incertaine. Il était donc impossible de faire sécher dehors sur la corde à linge. Nous avons suspendu les choses un peu partout dans l'appart.

Was clean, central location

The property was advertised as having a tv. There was a tv but no remote control. Therefore, couldn't use tv. Reason: When we notified the host on the first day, we were told that housekeeping would provide one the next day yet this did not happen. The evening of the 2nd day we told the host , no remote. On the 3rd day we were told to download an app tocontrol the tv! This did not work as it required the tv remote control to conclude! By the 4th day the host requested the details of the tv( they could have visited themselves but did not) we left on the 5th day and still no remote/tv. If we wanted an apartment without a tv we would have looked for one. We paid for a flat with a tv for a reason! Also, when we arrived there were no instructions for how to gain access to the wi fi. We managed to work this out for ourselves by guessing that the wifi password and name would be at the back of the router. guests should be left the password details in the room somewhere, along with some kind of welcome book. Remember, guests have come for a few days or so to feel.relaxed and get away from.stress for a bit. Not to do the hosts work.for them and get stressed. These kind of small but negative details do leave a poor impression on a short stay and the location and apartment. Overall, really poor service. Finally, the host doesn't need to request payment for city tax as soon we have landed as an ultimatum: pay or else you dont get the location to.get your keys!. If this is protocol then fine, but inform guests On the web page when they are viewing the apartment details, that this will be the case, thus: ' we expect payment of city tax upon arrival at your chosen city airport destination details of key code and location of apartment will be then issued...' or something like that. It's more polite. This info can be located on the apartment page that lists other facilities that will.
