GBThis property was falsely advertised as a “New Luxury house” with pictures that depicted a standard accomodation. However, on arriving ath the property, not only was it dirty, it was old and norhing like the pictures online. The host and I agreed I couldn’t stay there and I would be refunded, but after I left he refused to issue my refund, stalled the cancellation for 4 days and then debited over 45% of my booking fee for the 4 days I didn’t stay in the property even though the 4 days only amounted to 30% of the total booking.

Do not book!!! The pictures are AI. The property was dirty on arrival, grime in the bathroom, hadn’t been hoovered, stained blinds. Not clean and welcoming at all. I checked out a day earlier than planned - property has not refunded my security deposit one month later. Impossible to get hold of
