Comfortable hotel, close to Cikini Train Station. Friendly staff. Room was a good size, clean with a very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast included in price.

No refrigerator and hot water ran out quickly.

- Very nice room and hotel design in general, quite liked the hotel vibe in terms of design - They have a lobby where you can work 24/7

- Loud noises at night don't let you sleep properly. There are constant train signals and prayers nearby - Air con in some rooms is very loud, hard to sleep at night. Also blows on your bed. - No fridge in the room - Workspace in the room is deceiving, chair too low for the table, so you can't really work in the room - They initially put me in a tiny room first, and I had to insist to put me in the same room as in the pictures - They have the most useless staff I have ever seen in any hotel! Their staff mostly doesn't speak English, is clueless about everything, and constantly fu*k things up for you. One day after cleaning they didn't put a new bathroom mat in. Do you know how many times I had to ask for the bathroom mat until they delivered it? 8! 8 fricking times! Throughout the day I asked 4 different people! I even had to come down and shout at them about it and it still didn't help! Can you imagine asking for something 8 times before you get it? That's not all. I wanted to have a 2nd access card, and it kept stopping to work all the time! I had to come down at least 2 or 3 times a day for them to fix the card, and it would either not work, or would stop working in a few hours! Imagine how frustrating that it! That applies to everything, they lost my laundry bag and again, it took forever and many requests to finally get it back, they can't help with anything, and so on and so forth. They most useless bunch ever! There is no training or quality control for the stuff here whatsoever!
