Clean, spacious room, friendly staff

Not too much to say.. I stayed only one night there and everything was fine..Good, safe location even at night,clean and i would say fair price..

I couldn't pay with my European cards so i had to exchange money..

Great staff. Great location: close to the train station and lots of shops and restaurants around. Wifi was good

They should give more than one key card.

Rooms are clean.

The staff made of young people speaks English very badly and are not very helpful. We asked to check if a shop was open and to ask if they had a specific item. They answered to take a taxi and go there. We explained that we would prefer if they call before, they replied that we could do it from our phone (we just had data connection not voice one). Finally they tried to call but, of course .... there was no answer. We dared to ask to find another shop of that kind, we just got a Google screenshot and the answer is closed you can go there. Hopeless!!!

Ok for a quick night stay in Yakarta

Very busy area, and therefore noisy from the room. Staff did not speack english and eas difficult to communicate with them, and it was not possible to pay by card. I would not repeat neither recommend it.
