Very central, cleaned every day, nicely furnished

The first room we received had a broken window, which caused a draft and an annoying whistling noise. We requested a room change and were given a smaller room with no view and very dark. I would have expected at least a partial refund considering that the replacement room was clearly inferior to the one we had originally booked. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It’s a pity, because otherwise the staff is friendly and the hotel has potential.

Absolutely everything, we return time and time again, considering this hotel is in the middle of the city you can hear a pint drop inside! We love it!

Superb location. Lovely, modern room with a great shower, massive bed, and the usual facilities. Reception is located on the 1st floor. Breakfast is an informal Continental style, but we had brunch at Ezra's anyway.
