"Great location, friendly helpful staff and excellent value"

Great central location in the middle of the Liverpool One shopping area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a Large bright room with a comfy bed & pillows & great views over the roof tops. The pastries and coffee for breakfast were included in the price. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely friendly staff. Lovely clean comfortable room in a great location.

Only a very minor thing they could do with a few more hangers in the wardrobe. Other than that perfect.

"An excellent stay"

A lovely hotel.i had a large room which accommodated a disabled person. Had everything I needed. A central location for shopping, pubs and restaurants and within walking distance to tourist attractions.
