DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Omaha-Downtown

Location was pretty good. We wanted to be near Old Market area.

Our first room had very loud young next door occupants and the shower was not working well. The pressure in the shower was super low. Turning up the water to its max made the water scalding hot yet still way low pressure. My husband said it was the worst shower he’s ever had. The 2 people I was messaging about fixing the problem did not follow through, so I wasted over an hour waiting for someone from maintenance to come by. After calling about this, someone did come up within 15 minutes.

I like the location, staff, the size of the room and how clean it was

Sarah at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond for me finding the right room as I have allergies and offering me a voucher for food when my door dash was delivered to another guest. I was tiried from driving all day and hungry and she tended to me in need. (I did end up getting my food back from the other guy.) She is also friendly and enjoys her job, which I find is rare these days. Thank you! I needed extra towels and housekeeping brought them to my room, and he helped me to find my door dash guy. The room was clean and not too scented w fragrance, a huge plus! The bartender was great as well. I also had forgotten my cat's medicine in the fridge when I checked out and left the property and thankfully the the housekeeping staff had saved it for me.

Dated and cleaning not up to scratch - generally only one bed made out of the two. Old water bottle on floor behind fridge when we arrived
