Elevators didn't work properly they didn't have a decent pool rooms don't have fridge for beverages not even a microwave to heat food in the middle of the night everything is a disaster.

The elevator’s were not able to handle the occupancy and was down to only one working elevator.

Location

Bathtub didn't drain, no microwave or fridge in king room. Had to pay for parking in the hotel parking garage even though we had a room
