Pobyt se nám velmi líbil. Velikost ubytování je nadstandardní, veliký obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem, možnost využít terasy před apartmánem nebo terasy na střeše. Dvě samostatné ložnice, každá s koupelnou, možnost využít pračku. Místo je velmi klidné, s výhledem do toskánské krajiny. Pěšky do kopce 10 minut do města Pienza. Strategické místo na procházky po toskánské krajině.

Nevhodně umístěné tepelné čerpadlo naproti oknu jedné z ložnic. Volila bych pootočení do otevřené krajiny namísto k objektu a oknům.

Excellent Location: Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect and very close to the city center. Wonderful Host: The host, was incredibly welcoming. He patiently showed and explained every single detail about the house to us. Well-Equipped & Thoughtful Details: The house has absolutely everything you could need. The rooms were neat and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. Great Solution for Bugs: There are quite a few bugs and mosquitoes in this area, but all the windows were fitted with mosquito nets. Thanks to this, we could comfortably leave the windows wide open without any worries. Spotless Bathrooms & Kitchen: The bathrooms were sparkling clean and tidy. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all utensils and even essential groceries, which is perfect if you want to cook your own meals. Staying here was an absolute pleasure. In one word: magnificent. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We had an amazing stay! The location and views of the villa are breathtaking, conveniently close to Pienza town. The villa was very comfortable. Giosef was exceptionally helpful, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the true Tuscan countryside, will definitely return.

Very spacious with fab traditional decor. The beds were super comfy and the views were epic. Really friendly and welcoming hosts.

The listing suggests it can sleep up to 8 which is confusing as we had requested the two single beds to be moved to the living room. On arrival we were told they couldn't be moved, which wasn't a huge problem but unsure where an extra two guest would sleep as there were only 6 bed spaces!

This is a large, clean farmhouse property with amazing views of the Val d’Orcia landscape and plentiful outdoor/garden seating. The location is very central for visiting the many hilltop villages in the area. Parking is available on-site. The host, Giosef, is very attentive and helpful – communication was excellent before and during our stay. It was convenient having a washing machine in the unit (there is no dryer, but clothes dried quickly on the provided drying rack).

There were some issues that made our five-night stay less than perfect. Most of the time we were able to get only ice cold water in the showers – at times we could get some intermittent warm water… unacceptable in this price range. The apartment is poorly lit, and the lights flicker much of the time (especially when something like a heater or washing machine is drawing power). Even though we visited in late May, the house was cold on some of the nights and the built-in heaters do not work during this time of year (Giosef provided a portable heater for us to use, which did help). Although the apartment is large enough to accommodate a large family or even two small families, the kitchen would be too small for a large group (there would be plenty of room available to expand the kitchen). A Nespresso or similar coffee maker, which is typical in accommodations like this, would be nice to have. The interior decorating could use some updating too – the space is large but not cozy. Given the great location, beautiful views, generous size, and “good bones” of this property, it has the potential to be amazing with some investment and upgrades.
