New Apartments La Condesa by VIATO

Folks, let me tell you, our stay at New Apartments La Condesa by VIATO was absolutely tremendous, just fantastic! The check-in? Easiest thing in the world, smooth like nobody’s business, believe me. The staff, Cesar and Maura, they’re incredible people, the best, always there to help, making sure everything’s perfect—nobody does it better. The apartments? Spacious, modern, really beautiful, like something out of a luxury magazine, I’m telling you. And the location? Between Parque México and Parque España, it’s prime, absolutely prime, the best spot in town, everybody says so. Our family, we loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back—nobody does apartments like VIATO, nobody. Tremendous, just tremendous!

Large comfortable apartment in a very good area of Condesa. Very good communication with the host/ management.

Some noise that came either from the building or somewhere near by. Day and night.

Everything from getting the keys to enjoying our accommodations went as smoothly as possible. The location was fantastic, other than being on a busy street so somewhat noisy at times. There is so much within walking distance and we felt very safe and secure the entire time we were there. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The beds were pretty comfortable as well. Since there were three of us, we really enjoyed having our own bathrooms! :)

The noise level from the street could sometimes get to be a bit much. :)

Clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect location

The space itself was huge, comfortable and super safe. The location could not have been better. Have to mention the communication with the property was easy and very friendly as well.

If I had to mention an improvement that can be done, Is have quieter fans in the bedrooms or install ceiling fans.

We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was fantastic - safe, charming, and within easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. One of the highlights was the balcony view overlooking a peaceful park. We loved being able to open the balcony doors at the front and in the back bedroom, which allowed a refreshing breeze to flow through the entire place. Even without air condition, we stayed perfectly comfortable during one of the hottest months of the year thanks to the cross breeze and the fans provided. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bed while listening to the birds chirping outside-truly serene. We would absolutely stay here again!
